avoid these. When you enter the store get a good look at the staff, try to avoid looking at them or others too much after that

If you’re with a friend and acting nervous state loudly infront of staff “I’m going on meds soon for my anxiety issues”

A goodshoplifter can shoplift in anything, you don’t need a coat

(first of all this could be for a number of reasons) but try to walk as casually as possible. If you need to walk funny to keep an item concealed then place it somewhere else

hide the items in other items or put clothes in your bag while you enter and then re-arrange everything in the dressing rooms

avoid going into a store all the time, only a couple of times a month, if you do it more then you might need to buy something every once and a while.
